The Managing Directors have over 40 years combined industry experience specialising in Recruitment, HR, Training and Project Management.

 

Working across multiple industry sectors we have a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience to match your business needs. In addition we have covered role types from Entry Level through to Senior Executive positions.

With extensive industry experience, including over 12 years with one of Australia’s leading recruitment agencies, Danielle’s passion and determination has led to her success as a leading recruitment & project specialist.

 

Holding several multi-disciplinary management roles including Branch Manager - Gold Coast Office, Danielle honed her expertise for recruitment through the development and delivery of a vast range of successful HR and recruitment strategies to ensure best practice and performance both locally and nationally.

 

Specialising in Professional, Technical, Clerical , Skilled labour and Production recruitment across a wide range of sectors and industries, Danielle has a proven track record of developing a strong understanding of client needs and delivering results. As a Founding Partner of Trayne Consulting, Danielle draws on this experience, partnering with clients to offer effective business solutions across all facets of HR and recruitment.

As one of the Founding Partners of Trayne Consulting, Kylie offers a unique set of capabilities to deliver results to her clients with an efficient and quality driven approach.

Successfully working as a freelance consultant prior to co-founding Trayne Consulting, Kylie has delivered projects to both global and small organisations alike in a wide range of areas including; recruitment, selection and retention strategies; recognition, reward and remuneration; training delivery and assessment; HR policy development and performance management skills and practices.

 

Kylie draws on her diverse commercial acumen, 25 years of HR and recruitment experience (Australia and Internationally), her HR qualifications and her Training accreditations to deliver value adding and innovative HR solutions to her clients.
