Holding several multi-disciplinary management roles including Branch Manager - Gold Coast Office, Danielle honed her expertise for recruitment through the development and delivery of a vast range of successful HR and recruitment strategies to ensure best practice and performance both locally and nationally.
Specialising in Professional, Technical, White and Blue collar recruitment across a wide range of sectors and industries, Danielle has a proven track record of developing a strong understanding of client needs and delivering results. As a Founding Partner of Trayne Consulting, Danielle draws on this experience, partnering with clients to offer effective business solutions across all facets of HR and recruitment.

Successfully working as a freelance consultant prior to co-founding Trayne Consulting, Kylie has delivered projects to both global and small organisations alike in a wide range of areas including; recruitment, selection and retention strategies; recognition, reward and remuneration; training delivery and assessment; HR policy development and performance management skills and practices.
Kylie draws on her diverse commercial acumen, 20 years of HR and recruitment experience (Australia and Internationally), her HR qualifications and her Training accreditations to deliver value adding and innovative HR solutions to her clients.
