Payroll Officer | Specialist
Trayne Consulting is currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Officer/Specialist to join our client’s busy team where you will carry out end to end payroll duties whilst providing your expertise in process improvement, best practice and system integration.
You will need to be a team player, where you deliver exceptional service through every interaction and a timely approach to all aspects of delivery.
Carry out end to end processing of accurate & timely delivery of payroll whilst working as part of a close knit team.
Provide high level of customer service responding to employee payroll queries
Maintain accurate and up to date payroll records, systems and database
Ensure the company meets legislation requirements and complies with relevant Award and Agreement determinations
Support, advise and assist with continual process improvement projects as required
Skills & Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years practical experience in payroll with a a tertiary degree highly regarded
Strong computerised payroll and time & attendance systems preferably CHRIS21 and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
Proven knowledge of Fair Work, legislation, award and EBA’s interpretation
Previous experience in a multi-national and multi-site business
Demonstrated experience in process change / implementation, with flexibility to work both within a structured framework whilst thinking outside the box
Strong administrative and computer skills (Intermediate to advanced MS Suite incl Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
