About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Office Administrator, who can alleviate the day-to-day admin pressures from the Management Team, so that they can focus on driving the business forward.
This is a fast-paced role, so you must be a confident all-rounder who is willing to take on a large number of tasks that will vary from day to day and where no task is too big or too small, ensuring that the office is always running at maximum efficiency.
Based in Southport, this role is a permanent full-time role, where you will work Monday – Friday, predominantly office hours 8am – 4pm, however flexibility to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business. From time to time this role may require you to travel which could include an overnight stay.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide all round administrative support to the Management Team & other staff in the office
Carry out diary management for the MD, ensuring he is aware of the next day’s schedule, ensuring provision of information and briefing is received the day prior
Produce reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner, as required
Undertake research on projects and update the team with accurate and current information
Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, quotes, and tenders for government and other large contracts
Organise travel for all team members including flights and accommodation
Management of the Events Calendar, including organise, co-ordinate and attend various events, ensuring sponsorship, promotional and marketing material is current to pro-actively promote the Brand
Liaise with the Social Media team; update and maintain company website; interact and respond to Social Media platforms and Google reviews on behalf of the Company
General admin duties such as arrange team meetings, uniform management, data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining accurate data in our clients CRM
Order and maintain stationery, kitchen supplies, collect mail from the post office as as well as run errands as directed outside of the office
Assist with ad-hoc duties as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a similar Office Admin or PA role is a MUST
Experience interacting with corporate social media platforms and website maintenance will be highly regarded
Strong Microsoft office experience including Word, Excel. Powerpoint & Outlook with the ability to quickly learn in-house systems, with WordPress highly regarded
JP Qualified or happy to get certified
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationship with both the internal team whilst providing excellent customer service to our Corporate Customers
Ability to multi-task, be highly organised with strong attention to detail, time management skills as well as be solution focussed
Strong ability to work unsupervised, have a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility and accountability
Own reliable transport to get to and from work with a clean valid Australian Driver’s License

The successful candidate must have full work rights in Australia and provide a clean valid police check completed within the last 6 months. In addition, to ensure we keep our team and community safe, you will be offered free Rapid Antigen Test kits for twice-weekly testing.
